Annual Tune-Up
- Service burner - clean and adjust assembly
- Clean fire side heating surfaces
- Check the flue pipe and base of chimney
- Lubricate oil burner motor
- Clean gauge glass
- Run and check system for proper operation
(Tune-ups scheduled for Saturdays will require an additional service charge)

Gold Service Plan
Prices are per heating unit
Includes the following:
1. Annual tune-up during regular working hours
(Tune-ups scheduled for Saturdays will require an additional service charge)
2. Cleaning or replacing of nozzle, pump strainer, and fuel filter during annual tune-up (if necessary)
3. Cleaning and / or replacement of gauge glass during annual tune-up (if necessary)
4. Three (3) emergency service calls* received during regular working hours at no additional cost
*Service calls are only covered under the Gold Plan if system failure is a result of a defect of any of the parts below.
5. Replacement or repair of any of the following oil burner parts and controls which may become defective as a result of normal wear:
